Background
Lydia is multi-award winning practitioner with over twenty years experience in holistic therapies, massage, counselling and SEN (special educational needs). Lydia graduated from Cambridge University with a first class honours degree and The Charles Fox Prize of Excellence for her professional conduct, research and thesis. Since this time she has continued to work both in the UK and worldwide with some of the leading therapists in her chosen fields of study; lecturing, writing and practicing.
Lydia is a fully qualified practitioner in the fields of; Anatomy and Physiology, Indonesian Massage, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic and Holistic treatments and areas of drama and dance therapy. Since graduating Lydia has been invited back to Cambridge University, amongst many FE colleges, to lecture and develop programmes of study for both undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in holistic therapies and counselling.
Lydia is now very proud to be resident at The Good Health Centre. Lydia is registered with The General Teaching Council, The International Therapy Examination Council, The International School of Body Basics, Satria Academy of Arts and the CACDP.
